Our Programme
Lightning Legs classes are a fun-filled 45 minutes of physical activity focused on developing the fundamental movement skills required to participate in sport.
Catering to ages 2-6 years, our sessions are designed to introduce children to the concepts of living a healthy and active lifestyle at the youngest age possible.

Our programme is available through both public and private sessions. You can get your child involved with Lightning Legs by enrolling in our 6-week term public Saturday classes or by inquiring about our Special Events.

The Philosophy Of
Our Programme
Lightning Legs helps children make the connection between physical activity and feeling good, while building new friendships. We are dedicated to the growth of each individual child and truly believe that every child has the ability to succeed by keeping an open mind.
Each session incorporates the development of Fundamental Movement Skills while introducing important concepts such as healthy eating, mindfulness, teamwork, and independent thinking.
Dynamic Curriculum
Our curriculum is updated according to the emerging interests of the children in each group, ensuring enjoyable and challenging learning experiences at each stage of development.
Skills Development
Each session incorporates 2-3 different fundamental movement skills, as well as an introduction to important interpersonal skills such as teamwork and mindfulness.
1-2-1 Attention
Each child receives 1-2-1 interactions with coaches every session. Coaches are dedicated to forming a relationship with each individual child to understand their strengths, interests, and to identify areas of development.
